This policy explains what personal information Craig Pennings LLC (“we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website, our email list, and purchases of the Six Figure Freelancing ebook and any future products.
We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to send you what you asked for, and we never sell your information.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email signups. When you join our launch list or newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
- Purchases. When you buy from us, our checkout provider collects your name, email, billing details and payment information. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data. Our host and Google Analytics record information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site.
- Email engagement. Our email provider may record whether you open our emails or click links in them.
- On-device game data. The interactive game at the top of the homepage saves the character you choose in your browser’s local storage, so returning visitors skip the select screen. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How we use your information
- To deliver what you asked for, such as launch updates, the ebook and receipts.
- To send our email newsletter and occasional offers, which you can unsubscribe from anytime.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To process refunds and honor any discounts.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential: keep checkout working once the ebook is on sale.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which pages are useful.
- Game memory: saves your chosen character in local storage. It contains no personal information.
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Essential features like checkout may not work without cookies.

We rely on trusted providers to run the site. They process your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy policies.

Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share it only:
- With the service providers listed above, so they can do their job.
- When required by law, such as a valid court order.
- To protect our rights, prevent fraud, or keep users safe.
- If the business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep purchase records as long as needed for refunds and for tax and accounting rules, typically up to seven years.
We use reputable providers that encrypt payment data and secure their systems. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
- Access, correct or delete: email us and we’ll send you a copy of your information, fix it, or delete it, except where we must keep records by law.
- Opt out of analytics: use your browser’s privacy settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.
Depending on where you live, such as California, other US states, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights. These can include knowing what we collect, objecting to certain uses, or receiving your data in a portable format. We honor these requests for everyone, and we won’t treat you differently for making one.

Children’s privacy
This site and our products are for adults running a business. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes and contact
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll also let our email subscribers know.
